Laiba (pronounced Ly-ba), aka The UGC Babe, is the first Hajibi UGC creator in the UK, a pioneer, educator and trendsetter in all things content creation.
After working as a qualified accountant, she decided to get into UGC and became so good at it that she was hired to do it full-time for an agency. Planning, scripting, shooting and editing 30+ videos a month was the norm. She has worked for 100's of brands and became a top performer in both organic and paid social for many of them. She now provides creative strategy and social content for brands worldwide.
She is also extremely entrepreneurial. She recently pitched and won a grant from Lovable to build the Glassdoor for creators and The UGC Babes is the consultancy where she helps brands and creators leverage UGC.
